*Readings are NOT a substitute for medical advice, I do not give medical advice. Clients should seek the correct medical professional if they have a medical problem.

*I will never conduct a reading under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering or illegal drugs.

*I will never conduct a reading for someone who is under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering or illegal drugs.

*I will always have my client's best interests at heart.

*I will never use any threatening language to clients, about clients or share premonitions or predictions that may suggest fearful experiences, harmful behaviour or death. This language includes language around curses, punishments from angels or a higher power, or warnings that could be damaging or include implications to lifestyle or life.

*I will share with you honestly & in a loving manner information I receive.

*Results & outcomes can not be guaranteed

*If you are unhappy with a reading please inform me within 24 hours of the reading and a full refund will be given

*If you are unhappy with virtual Space Clearing, please allow 7 days to notice a difference, if you are still not happy, contact me within 14 days and a full refund will be given.

*If you are unhappy about an in-person Space clearing please allow 7 days to notice results, contact me within 14 days and a refund minus my travel expenses will be given
